2025 Riesling
North-facing, single site, planted to clones I10V15 and GM2309 on black dolerite and red vertosol soils contribute structure, precision and mineral drive. A wine of linearity and finesse. Elevated acidity arcs before melting into a supple, mineral-laced core. Lemon sorbet, orange blossom, wet stone, layered over a plush chalkiness. Half the harvest remained on skins for 24 hours, amplifying fruit clarity, while the balance was pressed straight to capture an unmistakable acid backbone. Matured on full lees for its winery life.
2025 Rose
Pinot Gris, Gamay, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer combine to reveal bright blood orange, grapefruit, and hawthorn flower aromas. Crisp and dry, with a lively, crunchy texture. Largely east-facing, planted to Pinot Gris (clones D1V7), Gamay (BGW19), Pinot Noir (667), and Gewürtraminer (456). Soils are predominantly sandy loam, with the Pinot Noir coming from a north-facing block of rich black dolerite. Pinot Gris and Gewürtraminer were left on skins for five days, extracting layered fruit and textural depth.
2024 Chardonnay
Single vineyard in upper Campania, North-facing slope planted to Chardonnay clones 76 and 96, and south-facing slope, planted to 548. Rooted in black dolerite soils, the site yields fruit with drive, detail, and latent power. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Matured in 15% new oak, 80% seasoned oak, and 5% stainless steel - balancing texture, freshness, and complexity. It is crying out for butter-poached Tasmanian rock lobster tail with confit fennel, pan-roasted Tasmanian scallops, served in the shell with shallot and wasabi. Yum!
2025 Pinot Noir
100% single vineyard in upper Campania, Coal River Valley. North and south facing, planted to Pinot Noir clones 667, MV6 and 777. Black dolerite soils underpin the wine’s structure, depth, and savoury detail. Hand-picked, with 17% whole-bunch inclusion. Fermented and matured in 15% new and 85% seasoned oak – framing the fruit without overshadowing it. Red cherries, graphite and subtle spice unfold in quiet harmony. The palate is finely detailed and composed, shaped by elegant tannins that lend structure and length. Poised yet untamed, with layered, confident complexity.
2025 Syrah

Perfumed with white pepper, cardamom and violet, deeply layered with blackcurrant. A wine of poise and intensity, offering confident complexity - unmistakably SISU.
