2017 Cider (Pet Nat)

Made from a mix of 50% wild apples and 50% orchard apples. Presents clear, pale lemon in the glass with green apple, elderflower, and straw on the nose. Fine bubbles with delicate, subtle apple and citrus flavours. Farm-style!

2016 Tsolikouri (white)

Made from grapes from the Bagdati vineyard, aged in qvevri for 15 months. Nashi pear and honeydew melon on the nose with a light, toasty butteriness reminiscent of pastry. A complex palate of yellow apple and preserved lemon with underlying bruised apple. The phenolics hold it all together beautifully.

2016 Mtsvane (amber)

100% skin contact, 50% stem contact, with 2 months on skins showing bright orange in the glass. Dried orange fruit notes and spices on the nose. Develops beautifully, building and adding dried straw and meadow flowers with moderate levels of gravelly tannins that linger on the back of the tongue. Sour-savoury finish.

2017 Mtsvane (rich amber)

Mango-orange in the glass, with honey and tropical fruits up front. Medium-bodied with grippy, fuzzy tannins and good acidity. Flavours follow through with quince and wildflower honey.
