2023 Semillon
“91 Points – “The grapes are sourced from estate-grown vines on the Latara and Field of Mars Vineyards. The fruit is hand picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with neutral yeast to allow the varietal characters to shine. The result is a zippy, bright wine that is friendly and clean. The wine has a defined core of lemony acidity softened by gentle, sweet pear flavours.” Toni Paterson (Halliday Wine Companion) 12/04/24”
2023 Chardonnay
92 Points – “Sourced from quality vineyards throughout the valley, this is an excellent example of what can be achieved when good fruit is in the hands of an astute winemaker. Firstly, a pleasant core of fruit flows through the wine right to the finish, accented by subtle roasted cashews and some freshly toasted rice. Fermentation in oak and just the right amount of lees work has created a fresh, satisfying, balanced wine of moderate intensity.” Toni Paterson (Halliday Wine Companion) 12/04/24
2023 Shiraz
The mild growing season created classically elegant Hunter Valley reds; soft and immediately attractive. The colour carries an intense red-blue with violet hue, the aromas are a melange of black cherry and orange blossom. On the palate the fruit carries blackberry, cola and Turkish delight underpinned by a velvet creaminess and chocolatey roundness - the magic of Shiraz-Viognier co-fermentation.
2023 Latara Semillon
91 Points - “Sourced from the estate-owned Latara Vineyard in central Pokolbin, planted in '78 on dark clay loam soils; 100% hand-picked fruit is whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool with a neutral yeast. The result is a lovely wine with good freshness and presence. White flower aromatics followed by an intense limey palate. Excellent mid-palate flavour and softness. Quiet on the close.” Toni Paterson (Halliday Wine Companion) 7/08/24

2022 The Kester Shiraz
96 Points - “…produced from the finest selection of shiraz from the season. It showcases the quality of the fruit without obtrusion from dominant winemaking influence and has fabulous intensity and a graceful flow. …pomegranates, plums, raspberries and red liquorice with dainty flecks of herbs and spice. The wine is perfectly medium-weight, juicy and succulent, with vitality, personality, concentration and harmony.” Toni Paterson (Halliday Wine Companion) 13/08/24
2023 Perdiem ‘Pario’ Pinot Gris
The true varietal characters of musk and green apple offer bright, refreshing aromas lifting out of the glass. Nutty spice and the waxy textures of macadamia and barley carry through on the palate with the fruit flavours of white peach, pear and lime zest. A lovely balance of fruit and exotic spice that complements a wide variety of foods and appeals instantly.
2022 & Perdiem ‘Recolo’ Rosé
This fresh, inviting Rosé is worth remembering. First, there are the aromas, like crushed raspberries and rosewater; the flavours that follow are racy blood orange zest, cherry, pomegranate and watermelon. To finish there's a bead of red-grape texture and crunchy pink lady apple, enough to remind you that you're drinking a crisp, dry Rosé.
