2018 Chinuri (light amber)

Fascinating bouquet of quince, marzipan, persimmon with earthier scents of green tea and hay. Soft and supple on the palate with very subtle tannins. Flavours of yellow apple, chamomile and brown pear with a touch of bitterness and a gentle acidity.

NV Aneta (beer)

That’s right - beer! Wheat, barley, wild hops with chinuri juice and lees, on skins for 1 and a half months. Slightly cloudy, and tastes delightful - medium bodied, creamy mousse, sweet maple syrup and coffee notes with hints of miso and a slight bitterness on the finish. Beautifully balanced!
