2018 Tsolikouri/Krakhuna (white)

Clear, pale lemon in the glass. Slight reduction on opening, with notes of green melon, hay, and smoked lard. Very gentle on the palate, almost creamy. Mild acidity with flavours of citrus, gooseberry and tonic water.

2017 Tsolikouri/Krakhuna (white)

A full, textured white from Imereti region of Georgia. Salty, leathery and herbaceous it is a very nifty wine that is informed by the use of the traditional clay qvevri fermentation vessels. 90% Tsolikouri 10% Krakhuna. Fermented in qvevri. No skin contact.

2018 Tsolikouri/Krakhuna (amber)

Rested on skins for 7 months, presents slightly hazy and pale gold in colour. A little reduction on opening, with hints of white cherry, river stone, and smoked caramel. Slightly furry tannins, smokey flavours with mandarin, grapefuit, mild acidity and medium body.
