2016 Müller-Thurgau ‘Bundsandstein’

One of Enderle & Moll’s rarest and smallest production wines, from old Müller-Thurgau vines grown solely on colored sandstone. 2-3 week maceration and fermentation, then pressed and moved to used barrique where it stays on the gross lees for 10 months. Then a very light filtration and a tiny addition of sulfur. The most aromatic of the E & M white wines.

2015 Auxerrois

Golden in color and has intense and ripe, but also refreshing, lemon flavors on the nose. This is a firmly structured, yet silky wine with grip and finesse but also ripe and juicy fruit.

2016 Pinot Noir

This beautiful wine sings of cherries, dried raspberry and strawberry with underlying notes of earth and baking spice.

2015 Pinot Noir ‘Liaison’

The wine displays a serious nose with dark and well concentrated fruit of black berries intertwined with a noble spiciness. This is full-bodied, smooth and dense, with a firm structure of ripe, grippy tannins, a chalky freshness and a long, fleshy finish. This is a remarkable, fine and intense Pinot with all the beauties of a ripe Pinot Noir.

2014 Pinot Noir ‘Muschelkalk’

There is a finer tannic structure here, with a lot of detail and layers. While retaining the elegant balance of the wines from colored sandstone, it is darker and more focused but also tighter.

Also available in 1500mL.

2014 Pinot Noir ‘Buntsandstein’

In direct comparison to shell limestone, the red sandstone is more characterized by spicy and herbal aromas. In addition, there are ripe berries, cassis and mint aromas, which makes it appear a bit more muscular, but still shines like the shell limestone with its incredibly intense, multi-layered nature and extremely fine tannins.

Also available in 1500mL. Other vintages available: 2013, 2012

2016 Pinot Noir ‘Buntsandstein’ Ida

Named after the former owner of the plot, this wine opens spicy, pure and fresh on the densely woven and untamed nose with its meaty aromas and just-ripe blackberry and raspberry notes. It's silky, wonderfully detailed and highly finessed but also dense and concentrated on the palate, with licorice flavors and a long, warm and very persistent finish.
