2020 Arbois Pupillin Trousseau 'Sous la Roche'
On clay-limestone soil with a deep red marl vein, facing south-west on a 20% slope at an altitude of 350m. Hard-harvested, semi-carbonic maceration without sulphites for approximately 20 days with 2 days of pre-fermentation cold maceration. Aged in barrels for 10 months. Refreshing, light style with impressive structure and fresh acidity.
2019 Arbois Pupillin Chardonnay 'Terre du Lias'
Grown at 450m above sea level on deep blue marls, harvested manually with 30% partial destemming. Barrel fermented and aged on lees for 12 months. Vibrant and fresh with citrus notes, white fruits and flowers and stoney minerality.
2019 Arbois Pupillin Chardonnay 'La Marcette'
A terroir of west-facing Triassic red marls at an altitude of 300m, hand-harvested and partially destemmed (30%). Fermented in barrels and aged on lees for 12 months. Beautiful roundness with a saline and mineral finish.
2019 Arbois Pupillin Chardonnay 'Caillot'
Positioned on the highest terroir of the domaine at 500m altitude in soil of clay-limestone composition. Manual harvest and partial destemming of 30%, fermented in barrels and aged on lees for 12 months. The limestone shines through the wine, with flinty notes balanced with cool minerality and yellow citrus fruits.
2019 Arbois Pupillin Foudre a Canon Naturé
Grown on a combination of deep gray and blue marls on a 30% slope at an altitude of 400m. 50% partial destemming. Fermentation in foudre with 20 months aging on lees. 100% Savagnin. Fruity and aromatic.
2013 Vin Jaune Arbois
The iconic oxidative Jura wine. From terroir of gray and deep blue marls facing south-west at an altitude of 350-450m. Full destemming, fermented in foudre and aged for 10-12 months during malolactic fermentation, then under voile for a minimum of 6 and a half years. Vibrant and complex.
